Can I cancel or edit my order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by signing in to your account with the email used to place your order. Once signed in, go to "Orders" and select "Cancel Order".

Please note that orders cannot be edited once placed. If you need to make changes, just cancel your order and place a new one.

My tracking is not updating?

It’s normal for tracking updates to pause occasionally as your package moves between carriers or transit hubs. Please allow some time for the information to refresh.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please feel free to contact us at contact@athluna.com and we’ll be happy to help look into it.

How do I start a return?

1. Start a return.

To begin, visit our return portal here.

You can also sign in to your account using the email associated with your order, go to "Orders", select your order, and click "Request a return"

2. Follow the instructions and submit your return request.

Note: You will receive a return confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

3. Print your return label.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label. Download and print the label, then drop off your package or schedule a pickup.

Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. You’re welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or color.

My order says delivered but I never received it

We understand how frustrating this can be. Please check with household members, neighbors, or your building management in case the package was received on your behalf. We also recommend checking around your delivery area, such as your porch, mailbox, or garage.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us at contact@athluna.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll help look into it with the carrier.

Lost & Stolen Packages Policy

We offer an optional Worry-Free Delivery protection, powered by Seel, which provides coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. The fee is 2% of your order subtotal or $1.28 USD, whichever is higher. You may opt in to Worry-Free Delivery before completing your purchase. If you place an order with Worry-Free Delivery protection and your item(s)/package(s) are lost, damaged, or stolen, please check the email from Seel and click “Report an Issue” to submit a claim. You can also file a claim directly here.

Please note: If you choose not to add Worry-Free Delivery, you accept that athluna is not responsible for any packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier with valid Proof of Delivery (POD). This includes, but is not limited to, packages stolen after delivery, lost on the customer’s property, or not received for any reason after the confirmed delivery date. Once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided (and the address is confirmed to be correct), the risk of loss transfers to the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments in such cases.

To help ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend:
- Track your order in real time using the provided tracking link
- Request signature confirmation for high-value orders, when available
- Arrange for secure pickup or delivery to a safe location

Why is my discount code not working?

If your discount code is not working, it may be due to:

  • The code has expired
  • The code is only valid for first-time customers
  • The code is not applicable to sale items
  • The minimum order value has not been met

Will out-of-stock items be restocked?

Some out-of-stock items may be restocked, while others may not return once sold out. We recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when an item becomes available again.
