All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee, to allow our warehouse and fulfillment team to properly inspect and re-package/store the product in our shipping facility. 

All sale and promotional items are final sale. 

You may exchange your items within 60 days if the product is unused, for a full store credit of the value of the purchase. Please note that sale items are final sale, and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This is because we often may be selling out of a style or discontinuing it, and once it runs out of stock and removed from our store we cannot relist it for sale. 

Please note: we do not accept returns on international orders.

In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact the Concierge right away. Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided within a week of delivery, along with a detailed description and a photograph of your full packing slip. This slip is required in order to rectify any issues. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis. Lashonova conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before being processed and packed. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand.
